By completing this survey you go in the draw to WIN one VIP Pass to Hair Expo 2009 plus an annual subscription to Fashion Trend, valued over $800.00. Plus 4 lucky runners-up prizes of an annual subscription to Fashion Trend valued at $120.00.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter, forms part of these terms and conditions. All questions must be completed to be eligible to enter.
2. It is a condition of entry that an email address is provided.
3. The promotion commences at 9am Monday 30th June 2008 and closes at 5pm Friday 1st August 2008 and is open to visitors and exhibitors of Hair Expo 2008 who complete this entry form.
4. One entry per person only.
5. Entries close at 5pm on Friday 1st August 2008. The winning suggestion will be announced at 4pm on Friday 8th August 2008 at Reed Exhibitions – Australia, Tower 2 475 Victoria Ave Chatswood NSW 2067. The competition winner will be notified by email and/or post.
6. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winners prize consists of one VIP Pass to Hair Expo 2009 (valued at $695.00) plus an annual subscription to Fashion Trend valued at $120.00, total value of $815.00AUD. Runner up prize is an annual subscription to Fashion Trend valued at $120.00.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. The prize does not include travel, transfers, meals or any other associated costs of a personal nature not already stated.
10. Employees of the promoter, immediate family and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
11. Reed Elsevier Australia Pty Limited and its related bodies corporate (the Reed Group) acknowledges and respects your privacy. The information you provide is being collected by Reed Business Information Pty Limited (RBI) trading as Reed Exhibitions, for the purpose of processing your registration or enquiry. The provision of the information requested is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration or enquiry.

Exhibitions will use the information to keep you informed about products, services, offers and upcoming events and to improve services to you. Exhibitions will also share information about you with other members of the Reed Group for these purposes. Including Mardev, the list management division of RBI. However, neither Exhibitions nor other members of the Reed Group will send you information about these products or services if you ask us not to.
